super clean and serene stay
clean hotel calm atmosphere
the hotel was clean, a real plus for anyone with allergies. the calm atmosphere paired with a subtle, pleasant smell throughout made it especially restful. the staff showed kindness, with a special mention to cami, the cleaner, who maintains everything super clean. i felt safe and comfortable throughout my time.
I noticed the food order took a while to arrive. i had to follow up to check on it and i found it was ready but had been forgotten about. It was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise excellent stay.

the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff were helpful arranging to return my forgotten items by post. The on-site restaurant provided delicious meals of high quality. The location is convenient, with only a short walk to the main streets.
The towel supply was minimal. Requesting extras became a daily necessity.

I liked this hotel very much. staff were very helpful and polite. The room itself was lovely and modern. the bathroom included a jetted bath, what was fantastic. the location is within easy walking distance of the Grassmarket area.

great selection convenient location
The location was very convenient. The hotel is close to the tram from the airport. The breakfast was a real highlight. The food was tasty, and the selection was worth including with the room.
The wardrobe in the room was quite small, and it had space for only around six hangers.

the staff was POLITE, and the room was clean.
The room was TINY, and the bathroom felt even smaller. there wasn't even a toothbrush mug provided, i thought it was a joke. the wardrobe was also ridiculously small. It barely fit my belongings. honestly, i expected more space for the price.

reasonable stay overall
easy access soft sheets few towels poor cleaning
the location allows easy access to the city center. it is accessible by either walking or taxi. the sheets felt comfy and soft, i slept well. it was quiet too, nice.
I requested more towels and pillows. There were not enough for two people. the room was supposedly "cleaned" one day, but it really wasn't. it was quite disappointing really. i'm not sure it was worth the cost

perfect location and good breakfast
efficient staff streaming access breakfast options
the staff was efficient with check in. my room had a tv, and it was easy to stream movies to it. the hotel location helped me move about. breakfast had good options and staff was always replenishing items.
the room was small, and there was no space to put my suitcase. i had to keep it on the floor. this made it difficult to move around the room. better space optimization is necessary.
